Great job and thank you to Tim and Sharon Rohwer.

This past summer my wife and I enlisted the help of Tim and Sharon Rohwer to sell our East Ladner home.  It was a great decision.

The Rohwer?s provided excellent customer service throughout the process and ultimately got the house sold in less than 6 weeks.  They know the real estate market and were willing to put in hard work to be very effective.  Most importantly, they did what they said they were going to at the beginning and more.  Open houses were held every weekend, and mailouts were performed as promised.  The Rohwer?s went beyond these traditional activities as well, including watching our house while we were away, helping to put in light fixtures, and even eliminating wasp nests on the property.  That service, combined with a keen eye for details and what was important for a sale is what got the house sold.

I would not hesitate to recommend Tim and Sharon to anyone who needs a real estate agent.  They are good people, and it is always more rewarding to deal with good people.

Tim and Sharon were our realtors when we were looking for a House in North Vancouver. Talk about great service. We dragged them out to North Van from Ladner on several occasions (at least 5-6 times) to look at houses with us. We felt guilty about the long distant driving marathons, but they would not hear of it and they were both genuinely pleased to assist us. They have the greatest approach and are very relaxing to deal with as there is no pressure at all.
